Creating a Call Back/Business Reply Card linkon a Page

1. From your dashboard, click the "Actions" icon next to the issue you wish to modify.

2. From the drop down, select "Setup Pages"

3. Navigate to the page where you would like to create a reply card.

4. Click "Call Back-Reply Card" directly below the page.

6. Click anywhere on the page where you want to place the reply card.

7. Select the option "Business Reply" or "Callback" in the Settings box.

8. Click the "Form Color" icon to select a form color.

9. Click "New Image" to upload an image (Optional).

10. Fill in at minimum the following fields:

1) Form Name - Enter a form name

Note: Click and drag image to adjust the location of the BRC/Callback on the page if desired.
