Replacing A Page In Your Issue

1. From your dashboard, click the "Actions" icon next to the issue you wish to modify.

3. Navigate to where you would like to replace a page.

Page Options:

  • "Preserve Original Dimensions" - This option is only recommended if the page being replaced is a non-standard sized page like a Blow-In, Belly Band, small insert page, etc.
  • “Fit To Full Dimensions" - This option will force the original aspect of the page to fit the standard page size of the issue.
  • “Fit To Height But Preserve Aspect Width" - This option will force the original aspect height to match the height of the standard page size of the issue, but retain original aspect width.
  • “Fit To Width But Preserve Aspect Height" - This option will force the original aspect width to match the width of the standard page size of the issue, but retain original aspect height.
  • “Fit To 1/2 Width And Full Height" - This option will force the original aspect width to half the width of the standard page size of the issue, but retain original aspect height.
  • "Replace SWF" - This option will replace the page with a .SWF file.
  • “Automatically Simplify PDF Structure (experimental)" - This option should be used to reduce duplicate resources and hidden objects on a given page and ensure that it is optimized for online reading.
  • “Process Page Links" - This option should be used for minor page changes that do not require a change in the links and data entry done on the page.

6. Click "Choose File" to locate, upload, and replace with your revised PDF file.

Note: An additional charge may apply for a page replacement. The names of PDF files that are uploaded should only contain alphanumeric text. In the PDF naming convention, please exclude spaces and special characters.
