Suggested PDF Optimizer Settings

If you are encountering concerns when converting your PDF into a digital edition, we recommend optimizing your PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Some concerns your PDF conversion may have:

  • Pages loading slowly
  • Inconsistent coloring on images
  • Transparency issues
  • Displaced images or text
  • Any visual differences between the original PDF and the converted result
Note: Optimizing your PDF is not necessary for uploading, but may be needed if PDF pages are not converting correctly. 
Note: Some versions of Acrobat may discard embedded links. Please create embedded links after the file has been optimized.

Once your settings have been adjusted, please open the PDF in Acrobat.

3. Save the final optimized file for future use.
