Setup Pages

Add Audio - select this option when adding audio links to page(s); upload an MP3 file from the Link Details box

Add  Link -€“ this option is selected by default when creating a link box;  available link options include: URL email, page, article, external video, and rollover* (rollovers are a Retail Services Feature)

Add Page - adds a page using a number of Page Options to be placed before or after the selected page

Add Slide - select this option prior to creating a link box, if creating a slideshow or adding a slide to an existing slideshow

Add Tab -€“ select this option to add or edit the placement of issue tabs

Add Video - select this option prior to creating a link box, if adding a video; upload a video file from the Link Details box

Audio Page -€“ allows for the placement of an audio file on the specified page or a range of pages

Callback Reply Card -€“ create or place a reply card; callback cards and  business reply cards can be used to solicit contact information from  readers for the a variety of purposes

Cancel -€“ discards any changes made in the current session of Setup Links

Delete Page - removes a page from an issue

Flag As Index -€“ automatically creates page-to-page links on the specified  page; please note this only works when the PDF has selectable text

Issue - navigate to a different issue within the publication

Next -€“ flip to the following page

Page Drop Down -€“ quickly navigate to a specific page in the Setup Links window

Publication - navigate to other publications (if applicable)

Replace  -€“ replace the current page with or new or revised page; note upload a  single page PDF if only one page is to be replace, multi-page PDFs will  replace the current page and all subsequent pages for the length of the  new PDF

Save Page Changes - saves any changes made within the Setup Links window

Add/Manage Page - dropdown menu that houses the ability to add or manage various specialty pages

Barn Door -€“ 2 vertical half pages that lay over a single page and when  opened, reveals the page behind it (giving the appearance of doors being  opened); select from Left or Right to upload the appropriate page

Belly Band -€“ a small 2-sided page that resides in between two standard size  pages; belly bands are rectangular in shape and will generally extend  the full width of the page; select Add Before or Add After to upload at  the specified location

Blow In -€“ a  small 2-sided page that resides in between two standard size pages;  select Add Before or Add After to upload at the specified location

Dutch Door -€“ a small 2-sided page that lies over another page and flips to  reveal additional content when opened; Dutch Doors are similar to belly  bands, but are larger and typically reside at the top or bottom of a  page; select Add Before or Add After to upload at the specified location

Fold Out - a 2-sided vertical half page that lies over another page; fold  outs are generally placed over covers and reveal additional content when  opened left or right

Gate Fold -€“ a 2-page file that creates a fold that can be opened to reveal  an additional page to the right or left of a 2-page spread;  practically, this creates a 3-page spread with the ability to create a  4-page spread if another page is added to the opposing side

Hard Page - change the page turning animation to give a more rigid  appearance; this motion replicates the appearance of a hard cover  opening rather than a page turning

HTML5 Manifest - add a URL to the xml manifest for an HTML5 animation to show in the HTML5 Viewer and app platform

Interstitial Page - an app specific advertisement page that appears over a standard  page in the app; interstitial ads must be closed by the user to proceed  viewing the digital edition

Issue Settings -€“ location to add toolbar and loading logos, similar to the options found in Edit Issue Settings

Name - edit the name of the page(s)

Normal Page -€“ a page that has the same dimensions as the rest of the issue that it is being added to

Page Settings -€“ a dropdown menu the provides additional editing options including Flag as Index, Replace and Name

Slideout - a smaller page that slides out from the spine of the issue and appears to hover when delivering content

Small Page -€“ a page that is smaller in dimension from the rest of the issue  that it is being added to; note small pages must be uploaded in  multiples of 2

Spread Rotation - rotates a spread 90 degrees clockwise to showcase vertical  spreads, this feature can only be applied to both the right and left  pages together; spread rotations do not work on single pages such as the  front or back cover

Tall Page - a page that is scrolled through vertically (Tall pages must have  the same dimensions of the standard page size of the issue they are  being placed in)

Zoom Toggle -€“ zooms in on the publication within Setup Links to facilitate the creation of link boxes; has one zoom level

Zoom Drop Down - zooms in on the publication within Setup Links to  facilitate the creation of link boxes; provides a variety of zoom levels
