Activate/Publish - make your digital edition available for public viewing; please note it can take up to three hours for your digital edition to become searchable
Edit Articles - access the Article Setup portal for the Dashboard
Edit Settings (Issue) - access settings for a specific issue
Edit Settings (Publication) - access settings for a specific publication
Distribution Links - directs to the specific Distribution Links page for that issue
Help - access the Knowledge Base for additional help and documentation
Issue Management Drop-down - a dropdown menu that filters view based on the selected publication
Link & Widgets - select to access Link & Widgets content such as the Distribution Links, Connected Services and the Archive Configurator.
My Account - access the Publisher account information for the Dashboard.
New Document - create a new publication or issue.
Notify Readers - Import subscriber lists, deploy email campaigns, notify readers once a new issue is available. This option is available with an email marketing account. Please contact your support representative for more information.
Proofing Link - presents the proofing link for the purposes of internal distribution prior to activation. This option is not available once the edition is activated.
Rename Page - access the Setup Page Names module to rename pages
Request Support - contact form to access knowledgeable support staff via email
Setup - access Setup Pages module to insert links, videos, audio and other content into the digital edition. The publication and issue must first be selected.
Setup Pages - access Setup Pages module to insert links, videos, audio and other content into the digital edition
Sign Out - log out of the current dashboard session
Subscriptions - setup reader access options, upload subscriber lists, edit subscriber information
View - preview the digital edition, as it will appear in final form (note this view is not suitable for distribution)
View Thermostats - access the Thermostats portal for the Dashboard.
